The relay app lets Superior Security see your intercom network, check device addresses and confirm your intercoms are online. It only reports network information. It never changes your intercoms, codes or cards.
- 1. Pick the PC
Use a Windows 10 or 11 PC at the site that stays on and is on the same network as the intercoms. Nothing else needs to be installed.
- 2. Download the relay app
Use the download button below. It's the same app for every site.
- 3. Run it and pair
Right-click the file and choose "Run with PowerShell". Type in the pairing code your Superior Security technician gives you. Codes work once and expire after 30 minutes. A "Superior Security Intercom Relay App" shortcut then appears on the desktop.
- 4. If Windows blocks it
Open PowerShell in the folder with the file and run: powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File "Superior Security Intercom Relay App.ps1"
- 5. Leave it running
Keep the window open, minimizing it is fine. After a restart, double-click the desktop shortcut to start it again.
